Capabilities:

• Injection Molding - 18 injection molding machines ranging in size from 210 ton to 1100 tons and one 990 ton 2 shot machine.
• Painting - 6 complete paint lines offering world class coating capabilities with 3 lines for color coating using six-axis robots and 2 flow coating lines for optically clear hard coating, as well as 1 line for prototyping and hand spray.
• Assembly - full assembly operations; all assembly lines are equipped with robotic and fixed vision systems for enhanced quality control.
